am an educationist, visual artist and writer. In December 2017, I received a master’s degree in Art
Education with honors from Beaconhouse National University Lahore, and I remained on full scholarship
and on the dean’s honor list throughout my studies. I received my bachelor’s degree in Communication
design from the National College of Arts Lahore. I have certification from Geo television in television
production, direction, film theory, and screenplay, as well as Script Net UK in short film direction and
screenwriting. In addition, wrote and directed short films and produced documentaries. I am currently
teaching Research in media studies and culture of convergence at The Millennium University Islamabad
(TMUC) I am also working as Visiting faculty at Comsats University Islamabad where I am teaching
Design Studio and Digital Illustration to Graphic design students.
I was member of the MPhil art and design education program’s board of studies at Pakistan Institute of
Fashion and Design Lahore (PIFD), where I taught Research, Art and Design Studio, Curriculum
development and educational phycology and other theory courses to MPhil art and design education
classes as Assistant Professor.
My areas of specialization are Art & Design Education, Graphics, Photography, Television Production,
Direction, Scriptwriting, Drawing, Poetry and Research.
