As someone who has always been passionate about public speaking and eager to see the world from a journalistic perspective.The world of journalism has always intrigued me, ever since I was a child and used to sit with my father to watch the news. I would always ask him questions like “what are they saying, why are they saying this, and why do we need to watch it instead of cartoons?” He would reply that the news is important because it is delivered by the guardians of the world, who reveal the truth, stand up against corruption, and inform us about everything. That very day, I decided that I would work in the media industry.

As a debates coach, I realized that I could also pursue news writing. I began as a freelance writer for a local tabloid and received positive feedback from readers, which motivated me to pursue a career in journalism. I have witnessed many incidents in my life that required media attention but didn’t receive it, which is another reason why I am interested in this role.
