Senior Instruments & Controls Engineer
Ø  Providing Instruments Engineering services for Chrysaor assets.

Ø  Carried out Detailed engineering for Jade flow lines, managed procurement activities including raising datasheets for Choke valves, Control Valves, Multiphase flow meters, Pressure Gauges and Sand Monitoring devices for brownfield modification on various Chrysaor assets.

Ø  Witnessed 6″ Gate & 2″ Ball valves pressure/torque testing and carried out Rotork linear/quarter turn actuators stroke testing for Haewene Brim FPSO.

Ø  Raised Instrument datasheets requisitions for Differential Pressure Transmitters and Level Transmitters for Haewene Brim FPSO Wax & Asphaltene Tanks.

Ø  For Haewene FPSO, raised instrument data sheets for 1st stage/Test separators sampling systems and Level Gauges for Crude oil Inlet/ Interstage Heater level measurement.

Ø  For Haewene’s FPSO’s 1st stage/Test separator oil and gas outlets temperature measurement, raised requisitions & datasheets for Temperature Transmitters and respective thermowells.

Ø  Created/Reviewed Instrument datasheets for IR Flame Detectors, IR OPG Detectors, Point Gas Detectors and Heat Detectors for Haewene Brim FPSO F&G tie-in work.

Ø  For Apache Forties ESP/VSD Well workovers/Flowlines, did task allocation to Instrument Designers for Hook-up drawings, I/O Termination drawings, Junction box terminations, Block diagrams, Material requisitions. Create System test certificates and Instrumentation workpacks and reviewed Cause & Effect modifications for assigned well workovers.

Ø  For Maersk Oil Janice platform, wrote ladder logic program for gas compressors startup sequence as per start up procedure and carried out commissioning activities offshore.

Ø  Maintained and updated Functional design specification and Software design specifications for BP Schiehallion and Maersk Oil GPIII FPSO’s ICSS. Reviewed instrumentation/control design documents, P&IDs, conceptual and detailed systems/instrument designs and layouts.

Ø  On Maersk Curlew FPSO, performed functional tests, loop tests, calibration of the field instruments, interfaces with PLCs and controller tuning according to the process requirements.

Ø  Carried out design activities like preparation of systems and Instrument Specification, control schematics, Function schematics, cable schedule, logic diagram, field instrument Layouts.

Ø  In-depth experience in design and configuration of PCS, ICS Triplex ESD and F&G Systems.
