PRESENT POSITION: Executive Secretary/HR Officer in Saif Power Limited, Islamabad
(Saif Group of Companies) since 2006.
Major Responsibilities
Joined as an Executive Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Saif Power Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer; such as as drafting letters, managing appointments and offshore tour management coordination, maintaining an effective filing system (electronic and hard formations), prepare correspondence, reports and publications and presentational manuscripts.
Over the period after completing my MBA in 2010, I was entrusted with higher responsibilities of managing HR affairs of the Group Staff; such as managing all the HR functions including processing the selection and recruitment, preparation of HR reports, etc. I am also responsible for contract issuance, address the HR queries, process health insurance claims, EOBI contribution processing and managing the Performance Appraisal System.
