- As a supervisor in FMCG, managed handling of grocery for 200+ suppliers that consists of almost 10,000 items - Handled around 80+ merchandiser staff with proper sequence - By sheer diligence and collaborative effort throughout ramazan, I along with my team had crossed the sale target of 25million into achieving sky-high sales target of 30million - Inducted new supplier's for imported products including imported tin foods, baking products, pulses etc - Awarded certificate for best performance by smashables - Enhanced the amount of imported products including imported drinks, milk, imported baking items, tin food, cereals and organic products too. - Providing day to day tips and tricks within the team on how to reach sale targets and thus providing them with valuable feedback on how to achieve milestones for numerous products - Follow best warehouse practices that mainly includes, best techniques on how to minimize shrinkage by implementing best methods of inventory stacking and piling, counting of stock and placement of inventory at the sweet spot which in return gives best customer visibility of the product

- Main responsibility as a floor manager includes management of Inventory, supply and demand including Expiry, Damages i.e. to have the right stock for the right customer at the right time, maximizing the ROS (return on Sales) - Handled an overall inventory of around 15000 items - Worked as a Liaise with Purchasing to ensure prompt and efficient purchasing, issuing of supplies, stock and inventory control including working on reports Allocation, Incoming, Outgoing, P.V, Suggestions report, NOS - Head of Cheetah team - Cheetah team is a specialized team to check filling, accuracy and maintaining supply and demand in a more efficient manner. - To be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and procedures to overcome them before hand - solving human errors, managing customer issues that arise on run time basis and providing a befitting response with solution - Strong knowledge of the local market place to understand the customer profile and also be aware of who the competitors are
