Responsibilities;

•       Leading CADBURY MORO Production of Mondelez in Candyland with EMQR

•       Developing strategic and operational goals and objectives for manufacturing sit.

·       Heading entire confectionery portfolio for Ismail Group of Industries (26 Plants & 127 packing machines) which includes Jelly, Enrobe Chocolate, Marshmallow, Candy, Toffee, Lollipop, Bubble, Chew, Pure & Compound Chocolates, Coated Beans & Coated Chews & Chocolate Manufacturing (Conches & Ball mills). Responsible for managing daily capacity of 25,000 cartons/day (150 tons/day) & 3000 Labor.

·       Making sure that all activities are conducted in a suitable and efficient manner, considering cost-effectiveness. Analyzing financial data to enhance profitability. Administering budgets and forecasts.

·       Implementing quality controls and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in production.

·       Leading Plant Related Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical & Utilities) along with Power Generation for the factory

·       Leading Manufacturing excellence & CI throughout the factory

·       S&OP lead from Factory with Sales, Marketing & Supply chain

Projects & Achievements;

·       Installation & vertical startup of New Chocolate bar line (Arcan) with Tecnopak wrapping machines

·       Installation & vertical startup of Chocolate Spread Jar filling line (Memak) & Ball Mill (Memak) for its chocolate production

·       Installation & vertical startup of WDS – Winkler and Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH (Chocolate truffle Line) & 3 top twist wrapping machines (MC Automations-Italy)

·       Installation & vertical startup of Chikki/Energy bar Line

·       Installation of Metra Enrober & Eurosicma machines for New Product Mello bar

·       Installation of 5 Ishida bagging machines & 3 Twist wrapping machines (Memak) for jelly capacity enhancement
