I have been working in field of education for more than 12 years. I have taught diverse group of students at different levels particularly in the field of teachers training for early years. My experience aligns well with the qualification you are seeking as education specialist. I am adept in researching curricula, implementing changes and mentoring teachers. In addition to my experience and personal qualification, I have a solid foundation and a passion for education excellence. I also have a professional degree of Modern Montessori Methods of teaching and Early Childhood care and education along with the extensive experience of teachers training with Pakistan Air-Force Schools. I represented Cantt Public Education System as Curriculum Development Expert and participated in SNC phase-1 for the review of Geography. Presently I am working as Regional Education Coordinator with Military Lands & Cantonments Peshawar. My current responsibilities include Training of teachers and conduct workshops on ECCE and practical implications of Bloom’s Taxonomy. Design and Implement plans for Education interventions and methodologies to meet goals. To ensure quality and transparency in internal / external school evaluations and develop remedial action plan. To guide the Principals of CBEIs in smooth function of the institutions To carry out analysis of admission trends in Schools and student to teacher ratio etc for the analysis of data.
