About
I am a dedicated medical officer who has a strong desire to prove myself and demonstrate patience and fortitude when faced with challenges. I am quick to adapt to new changes and remain cool minded when faced with criticism.
I have experience in patient diagnosis, assessment, care and management in acute and chronic conditions. I have also participated in clinical research and counseling of patients and their respective family.
I also am skilled in public speaking, content writing, copy editing, Microsoft Office and translation.
Unfortunately, the society I faced discourages woman from actively pursuing careers. Now I am in a position to focus on my own personal self and I wish to gain experience and focus on improvement. What I lack in work experience I can make up for in diligence, adaptability and perseverance.
I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to enroll in the "AKU Summer Internship Programme" as I intend to study further in Public Health. I would greatly appreciate being a part of this program and look forward to your response.
