Description

I have been working in the National Highway Authority (NHA HQ) Pakistan since December 2015. My duties are defined here as under:
1. I am performing the Technical and Financial Evaluation of works and sevices during this period. A team of 15 Engineers work under me and I supervise them in technical evaluation of Consultant Firms their invoices and other issues.
2. I have also handled many donor agencies funded projects such as World Bank, ADB, Korean Exim Bank, China Exim Bank. SFD etc. I have performed their technical evaluations.
3. I also prepare PC-II & TORs for Feasibility Study and Detailed Design and Construction Supervision projects for Consultants both GoP and international funded projects.
4. I have also prepared various InHouse PC-Is
5. I am well familiar with PPRA rules and Planning Commision Guidelines.
6. I have presented PC-Is in different forums i.e DDWP, CDWP, ECNEC for approval.
7. I also maintain office documents such as PM Directives Etc.
8. Assist in preparing each year PSDP.
9. Processing of Loan Application for Donor Funded projects.
10. Transportation Planning, Designing of Motorways & Highways as per international accepted standards and practices
11. Attending contract negotiation meetings with contractors and consultants.
12. Preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs)
