Expression Builder:
WorkMobile company offered a web interface for creating customized data gathering form to be used
on mobiles. WorkMobile also offered a set of formulas and expression that could be used among form
controls. There was no user friendly way in the web Interface for creating an expression. After this
project WorkMobile web Interface had an extra feature for creating complex expressions in a very easy
and user friendly way.
Reporting Services:
WorkMobile used Sql Server Reporting Services 2008 for there reporting needs. Requirement was to
upgrade reporting functionality from SSRS2008 to SSRS2016. There was a difference in architecture
between SSRS2008 and SSRS2016. SSRS2008 used semantic models for report creation while
SSRS2016 used Shared DataSets for report creation. With minimum code change we were able to
switch report functionality from SSRS2008 to SSRS2016.
UCAAS – (TLC):
A UK based company used (UCAAS) for providing telecommunication services on the cloud. There
was no Interface for the company to configure and create new service providers that can be linked with
the telecommunication system. At Rezaid we managed to create a web Interface for the UK based
company called TLC for creating and configuring new service providers using the UCAAS exposed
swagger APIs.

Magento & Linnworks Integration:
One of our client called SS7 had there clothing inventory managed in Linnworks. There new website
was created in Magento 2.3. The challenge was to integrate there existing linnworks inventory with
Magento website. Without having any prior experience of linnworks we were still able to integrate there
linnworks inventory with magento.
TOKBOX integration prototype:
A .Net prototype was created for video conferencing , video broadcasting and signalling between
different users using TOKBOX web API.

Integration of different companies trip request with our dispatch system
This usually happened by integration with there systems using
1. Web API
2. Web Services
Airport Shuttle Website.
A website was created for Customers to book ticket from aiport to nearby areas around there home. For
this the main dispatch solution create trip dlls were being reused in this Aiport shuttle website. So that
the trip eventually goes to the main dispatch system module for further processing.
WaveCrest Integration
Instead of Asking drivers to come to the office and collect wages, an automated system was developed
which used to analyzed all the trips done by each driver and loaded there wavecrest card with
appropriate amount so that drivers can utilize the card and get the money using ATM. The integration
with wavecrest was done by integrating with Web API provided by wavecrest.
Shuttle Fare Integration
Connecting a famous booking generator website with our dispatch system using our exposed web API
that was connected with shuttle fare.
Credit Card Processing (Polymorphism Approach)
Our taxi dispatch system’s financial module had credit card processing functionality embedded in it.
Several credit card gateways were integrated. Authorize.Net, CAW, Verifone and SLIMCD.
Repair Shop Module
A web interface was created for vehicle management and maintenance.
Silver-Light Component Integration
Our web dispatch system had grids that were slowing up gradually. So we replaced all the grids with
silver-light grids for better response time.

implemented which worked as bridge between Microsoft Project server and Dynamics AX.
Orbicon Integration
Orbicon used Dynamics AX solution for financial needs. They wanted to use IPW (Customized
Project Management solution). This was done by creating a web Service which fetched Xml data
from file server created from Dynamics AX solution and integrated it inside IPW database. In this way
communication was done.
