Cash & Cheques handling / ledger record maintenance including balance sheet and bank reconciliation record. Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable record. Member of audit team for audit of under command units. Preparation & disbursement of salary to all employees. Preparation & audit of Claims and monthly expense / recoupment of under command units / setups. Updating record / data and daily routine work relating to account and administration / internal audit matters etc. Dealing with higher authorities, bank & tax related matters. Maintenance of monthly Reports and Returns. Filling and maintenance of documents & dispatching mail.
