Summary

I have rich experience in administration field with strong grip on data entry as well as data analysis. Along with the administration and data management filed, being attached with MNC and NGOs, I have a diverse experience on handling and producing analytical annual reports. I have the ability to take the technical lead and supporting technical implementation whilst working on multiple projects and huge team. Leading the projects in the absence of my manager left me to coordinate with the head office and our regional offices at same time. Coordination with the head offices by corresponding through emails and letters further polished my correspondence skills.

Data Management Officer at MDG Achieving Organization, project “HIV Prevention for Female Sex Workers”, under the Global Fund Grant, principal recipient (PR) being UNDP Pakistan. (Jul 2021-Oct 2022)

Responsibilities:

 

·         Supervise the team of 5 DEO’s & maintenance of databases/MIS

·         Prepare & share monthly and quarterly progress report of project to coordination

·         Ensure data system (Research Tool) is operational

·         Preparation of program presentation and updating on regular basis and Regular coordination with project coordinator

·         Update follow up data on the basis of daily consultation in respective Forms/tally sheets

·         Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Project completion report and share with the donor and Head Office
