The job encompasses creating diverse banking products’ awareness in
customers & convincing them into buying those products. Apart from that
SA is supposed to make monthly returns concerning services quality and
customers reporting. Providing quality customer services is the foremost
requirement of the job & not only that, a SA has to coordinate with other
branch officials in reviewing their quality of services.
• Answer the inquiries to determine customer needs for digital products
such as an online banking application and other smart cards like credit
cards, debit cards etc.
• Educate customers related to new products and services effectively.
• Engage in services such as bank statement, Account maintenance
letter or updating contact and address details in account as per
