Handling huge financial claims data (North Zone) worth 1 billion annually. Verification of all vouchers, scanning of all claims, keeping a record of all databases, looking after-sale promotions activities in North Zone

To assist sales controller for every quarter closing, to ensure all the claims and invoices are settled, Compilation of data, excellent skills in excel, VLOOKUP, iferror pivot table,

Supervising about 31 staff in North Zone, looking after and verifying their travel expense.

Responsibility for the claim clearance certificate

All administrative tasks as assigned by the controller

Through efficiency savings, huge amounts have been saved as well as improvement in operations overall.

British High Commission (Communication Officer) 1993-30-June-2014(6-month Gap)

 

Manage and maintain all communication to the British High Commission nationally and internationally ‘Handled high-profile Official visits.

Placing calls and setting up appointments for the High commissioner and political staff with key political figures, constantly dealing with the foreign office in Islamabad and in London for different queries. Assist and help in high profile Government official visits Responsibility for managing external visitors for different sections (Assist the High Commissioner, Overseas Security Manager Deputy High Commissioner. Administrative support to the High Commissioner DHC political section, DFID, British Council and Military

section in numerous matters. Looking after day-to-day operations of the Control room. Helping the British Nationals in emergencies while visiting Pakistan.
