Overview

Scheduler/Project Administrator is responsible for keeping each project organized, zipped-up and on-time.

Responsibilities will include but not limit to:

• Act as a liaison between the Management and: Production, Client Services, Interiors and Branding, Installation, Warehouse, Creative Department
• Follow up on the set up and progress on the installations in process
• Act as a point of contact between all internal departments
• Keep close cooperation with Installation Manager in terms of all schedules for PMs and Installers
• Deal with changes in schedules and communicate them between teams
• Communicate with Warehouse Manager concerning equipment requirements
• Assist in filling out and submitting all permit applications that are requested by clients to acquire access to work sites
• Assist in filling out and submitting all accreditation documentation as requested by clients
• Suggest improvements to existing processes
• Assist with LPOs, Work Orders
• Assist with tender preparation
• Follow-up on existing and prospecting projects (client-sales)
• Immediately acing in any situation: troubleshooting, problem-solving
