Overview

* Act as a primary contact for submission of CVs manpower requirements inquiry, walk-in applicants, status and commencement date.

* Sources and shortlists potential applicants as a per the requirements of the organization.

* Coordinates shortlisted resumes or applicants to the requistioning head (HOD) / manager for further arrangements such as initial interviews, personal interview and reference background checking.

* Followsup status of shortlisted resumes, interviewed applicants for reference, records and further arrangements.

* Prepares offer letter and coordinates visa requirements of the newly hired employee or applicants for personal interview in the office.

* Prepares salary comparison of applicant.

* maintain recruitment data base file for easy revival system such as CVs file, recruitment agreements file, manpower requirements file and other recruitment related files.

* Ensures that offered candidates should comply with all document requirements prior to joining the company.

* Act as controller for all the recruitment records and files.

* Coordinates with Sales and Operations and other departments to ensure that all newly hired staff are properly endorsed.

* Conducts exit interviews for resigned employees and facilitate endorsement to the concerned department.

* Maintains confindentiality and performs other related duties necessary in carrying our company goals and recruitment objectives.
