      Experience: Having more than 5 years of experience working with reputable pharmaceutical of handling business development of OTC (over the counter) product portfolio

      Job Description:

      • Planning, organizing and controlling all marketing activities of allocated products to achieve products and company’s objectives.
      • Ensure timely preparation and implementation of short & long term product strategies and plans as per the related locations to maximize market share of allocated products & also profitability of the company.
      • The major responsibility is to foster the process of overall business development taking into account the Company’s vision for future business expansion.
      • Development and effective implementation of Milestone plans for new products including line extension of current products and also completely new products catering the new segments.
      • Effectively transforming the new ideas of products into real products in coordination of all concerned departments.
      • Finalization of 10-15 new products catering new segments in addition to ongoing line extensions of current products during every year up to the stage when these can be sent for registration by the registration department. This will encompass the following areas:
      1. Idea conception and Coordination with locations on ideas of new products
      2. Coordination with third parties for samples, documentations, agreements, packaging, timely  delivery of products in  Semi finished and finished forms.
      3. Finalization of packaging in coordination with marketing.
      4. Evaluation of samples through R & D.
      5. Costing of products through Finance.
      6. Identifying the suitable sources for cost effective yet quality solutions for packaging
      7. Arranging the necessary materials through Supply chain to ensure the completion of product  development process for  individual products.

      Skills and Competencies:

      • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning skills are mandatory.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
