Education & Experience:
- Graduate (B-Com/BS – Computer Sciences/ACCA) preferably Masters from a recognized university
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Business Process Re-Engineering within Banking Industry.
- Hands-on experience of various Baking Systems.
Technical Skills:
- Good understanding with regulatory guidelines, banking operations and operational guidelines.
- To be able to Re-Engineer the tools/ templates for better monitoring of operational activities.
- Adequate computer learning and knowledge of the banking system.
- Ability to review Gap Analysis, conduct Walkthroughs and document them.
- Good understanding of bank’s business processes related to General Banking, Cash Management Ops, Consumer Banking Products and Customer Services.
Behavioural Skills:
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Time Management skills and ability to handle pressure.
