Education & Experience:

  1. Graduate (B-Com/BS – Computer Sciences/ACCA) preferably Masters from a recognized university
  2. 2 – 3 years’ experience in Business Process Re-Engineering within Banking Industry.
  3. Hands-on experience of various Baking Systems.

Technical Skills: 

  1. Good understanding with regulatory guidelines, banking operations and operational guidelines.
  2. To be able to Re-Engineer the tools/ templates for better monitoring of operational activities.
  3. Adequate computer learning and knowledge of the banking system.
  4. Ability to review Gap Analysis, conduct Walkthroughs and document them.
  5. Good understanding of bank’s business processes related to General Banking, Cash Management Ops, Consumer Banking Products and Customer Services.

Behavioural Skills: 

  1. Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Time Management skills and ability to handle pressure.
  3. Problem solving and analytical skills
