      Qualification:    Masters Degree preferably MBA from a reputable national or foreign university

      Experience:        At least five years of experience as HR generalist in a multinational or reputable national organization.

      To bring in a performance driven culture so that human resources are utilized at their optimum level, by introducing organizational developmental initiatives encompassing change management, continuous improvements and personal development.

      Job Description

      • Develop & Ensure smooth operation and continuity of Performance Management System
        • Meeting with Sr. Managers / Managers regarding the quarterly performance  review (QPR)  to discuss & suggest alternate approaches to conduct the QPR sessions
        • Conduct coaching & Counseling sessions for line managers (MG6 –MG8) to equip them to handle the performance review effectively.
        • Impart training on final (year end) evaluation of objectives and competency analysis
        • Design, Develop and implement peer assessment and 360 degree feedback for managers
        • Suggest, Develop and Enforce organization wide Advancement Planning, (Development Profile, Career Planning & Succession Planning)
          • Assist all GMs in deciding the positions requiring replacements in the short term (5 years and less).
          • Meeting with Sr. Managers to identify  High fliers
          • Suggest & assist Sr. Managers in coming up with challenging & learning assignments for the identified successors.
          • Discuss & Implement with Sr. Managers appropriate developmental initiatives for these high fliers
          • Develop & Ensure execution of Training Calendars
            • Periodic meetings with the Sr. Managers / Managers to discuss the improvements in performance / behavior of the trainees / participants.
            • Identification of the most cost effective training/learning interventions
            • Implementation of formal procedures of training evaluation at at least 3 levels (reaction, learning, behavior)
            • Impart trainings on soft skills.
            • Change Management
              • Develop strategies to bring about planned change and to act as change agent during the process thus facilitating the shift with ease and acceptance
              • Develop corporate communication through launch and maintenance of KAPCO’s newsletter
              • Design, implement & maintain the HR Portal
              • Design and implement policies and procedures relating to employee motivation e.g. suggestion box system, appreciation and recognition policy etc.
              • Organizational developmental  Initiatives
                • Development and implementation of  alternate salary / grade structure
                • Design and suggest Golden Handcuff Scheme to retain  key players
                • Suggest & Develop models of Organizational restructuring
                • Design and roll out initiatives that include both management / non-management employees (book club, quality circles,  edutainment)
                • Identifying, contacting, negotiating and finalizing all out sourced consultants relating to OD initiatives.
