      Location: Karachi

      Qualification: MBA / MPA. Preferably LLB

      Experience: 8-10 years.

      Responsibilities & Authorities:

      • Responsible for organization discipline and all matters pertaining to security of the company.
      • Responsible for the smooth functioning of CCTV system in line with administrative strategies ensuring enhancement of vigilance function.
      • Ensure effective security deployment and management on a 24/7 basis.
      • Ensure that no unauthorized persons to be allowed to visit the company premises.
      • Check the daily vigilance and security activity reports / registers for effective and timely decision making.
      • Present security survey findings with solutions to the Management for effective planning.
      • Lead the administrative team managing support services such as transport (Internal/External), canteen, housekeeping etc & implement systems to ensure its effectiveness.
      • Monitor wastage and scrap movement from the factory.
      • Lead the Fire Fighting / First Aid / Emergency through coordination of Admin and H&S Sections.
      • Ensure SAP processing requirements for compliance.
      • Ensuring compliance in accordance with ISO and C-TPAT requirements. Focal person during internal and external audits of Administration Department.
