Overview

A Well reputed National Pharmaceutical Company is looking a Ideal ‘ HEAD INTERNAL AUDIT’. Incumbent must be able to head the audit department.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare an annual audit plan, planning and scoping internal audit assignments effectively, allocating audit resources, defining deadlines and ensuring a comprehensive and appropriate terms of reference is set for each review
  • Sales, Trade & Marketing Functions Audit
  • Creating Strong coordination between different department for SOP’s development with the essence of Sharia Compliances
  • ERP Controls Audit
  • Procurement of Material & Services Audits
  • Process Audits (Costing of Production Process/ Inventory, GMP Process Audit & GWP –Raw Material/FG Store w.r.t damages controls)
  • Pre-Payments Audit
  • Preparation/ Execution of Company & Department Wide Audit Plan
  • Legal Matter (other than Labor)
  • Risk Management, Proactive & Self-Initiator should be identifying Key areas and adequacy of controls, Feasibility Study, People Management and Strong Follow Up for corrective actions.
  • Quarterly updates to Audit Committee on progress of department Internal Audit Department, review results and deficiencies including monitoring remedy status.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of post qualification progressive experience in large organizations with last 5 years in the similar capacity, preferably in a Pharmaceutical/ Understanding of Supply Chain Function.

Qualification:           Qualified CA/ACA

Candidates having Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification be preferred/Certification from Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or of Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
