Greet guests, clients and callers in a professional and courteous manner and direct to the appropriate person.
Receive, scan, file and distribute incoming correspondence and highlight urgent matters.
Maintain computerised filing system.
Prepare invoices, quotations, reports, letters and other documents, create spreadsheets and presentations using required software.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO and Department Heads.
Follow up issues instructed by the CEO with other Departments
