Overview
The Hospital is looking for highly motivated and committed individuals to undertake positions as Visiting consultant Specialists in fields of Neurology, Nephrology, Endocrinology and Dermatology. The specialists will be expected to provide expertise in their respective fields in day to day management of sick cancer patients coming to the hospital.
They will have the opportunity to collaborate with Oncologists and other Internal Medicine physicians and specialists towards a common goal of improving the outcome of cancer treatment at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre. They will be expected to participate in teaching and training program for junior doctors in the department of Internal Medicine and also liaise closely with Surgeons and Physicians in other specialties and staff within the hospital.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MRCP with consultant status in UK/Ireland/ American Boards in respective specialty.
- Should have valid PMDC license.
- Ability to interact and coordinate with diverse groups of people.
- Computer literacy and good communication skills.
- Willing and able to provide on-call cover for consultation in the respective field.
