at least 2 years of experience as Area Sales Manager in General Trade Division
Job Description:
- Design and Implement strategy to achieve assigned targets.
- Co-ordinate with Zonal Head on un-productivity / low productivity at Outstations in any month / Qtr / Year.
- Plan & execute town storming campaigns at outstations.
- Monitor Proposed Journey Plans of the team members.
- Plan and monitor trade offers for outstations and analyze effectiveness.
- Plan brand activations at small stations. Develop monitoring mechanism coupled with pre/post analysis
- Suggest new town development strategy to penetrate into rural part of the country through GAP / OPPORTUNITY analysis.
Skills and Competencies:
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Action oriented with willingness to learn and improve
