Qualification: MBA or BSC in any Engineering discipline
Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Manage sales activities through the sales team in the field of Defense Equipment / Projects.
- Set and achieve short and long term business and financial objectives / targets.
- Leading and motivating team.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
- Analytical and budgeting skills
- Planning Skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in business communication (English and Urdu – both verbal and written)
- Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Army background will be preferred having work experience with DGP/DGDP
