About coglab

We work in project teams of 2-7. Each team has a Project Manager, who is also an all-rounder for every role needed at the project. The Project Manager guides the project, makes decisions, and brings the team together.

Each of us has a main role in the project, but above all, we want to make the project a success. We are always ready to help where we can, to move the project forward.

We are agile.

Lean. If it isn't in the requirements, it is not needed. We don't waste time.
Everything is static. Unless otherwise stated.
Make it work first. Worry about unexpected use cases later.
Always unblock. If someone depends on our tasks, it gets higher priority.
Quality MVP. Focus on a small core, but make it awesome.
We define weekly sprints, and ship visible deliverables accordingly. We constantly respond and change based on client feedback.
