• Responsible for managing end-field operation activities within the geographical boundaries of the Grids assigned. • To monitor grid performance and activities performed by the field teams, and ensure compliance and conformance of assigned 2G/3G/4G network KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). • Identification of liquidated damages /Penalties against Non-performance of subcontractor. • To ensure timely Preventive/Corrective Access Network and Gensets maintenance. • Responsible for resolving grid-level BSS/TXN/Power/RAN-related issues to ensure high network quality. • Managing the grid within the allocated OPEX (operational expenditure) budget. • Assist and manage resources such as riggers & fueling teams, and take steps for their capability/competence development.
