A graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), having completed a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature and Creative Arts with a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. Currently working as a People & Culture Specialist – Communications at IPS Pakistan, Lahore, where I contribute to employee engagement, internal communications, advocacy-focused messaging, and organizational culture initiatives. My role also involves strengthening communication strategies that support awareness, inclusion, and positive workplace dialogue. With experience in research, digital communications, advocacy and awareness campaigns, teaching support, event planning, and creative production, I am passionate about combining academic inquiry, storytelling, and strategic communication to create meaningful social impact. I aspire to contribute to innovative projects in media, education, development, and people-focused organizations while continuing to grow professionally and creatively.
