Prepare material requisitions and monitor the availability of construction resources. Review shop drawings, method statements, and work procedures before execution. Conduct site meetings and communicate project updates to management and stakeholders. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed to the required quality standards. Ensure proper execution of concrete works, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, and other finishing activities. Track project milestones and recommend corrective actions to avoid delays. Verify completed work quantities and assist in the preparation of interim payment certificates. Maintain records of inspections, testing results, site instructions, and project correspondence. Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage. Assist in cost control by monitoring labor productivity and material consumption.
