Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of NAVTTC technical and vocational training programs. Coordinate with training institutes, project teams, management, and relevant stakeholders for smooth program implementation. Monitor training activities, student enrollment, attendance, assessments, and overall program progress. Prepare and maintain official reports, MIS data, dashboards, correspondence, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with NAVTTC policies, SOPs, quality standards, and program guidelines. Monitor institute performance and conduct regular follow-ups to identify and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with management for timely achievement of project targets and deliverables. Support monitoring and evaluation activities, including data verification and performance analysis. Manage official records, documentation, and databases related to training programs and beneficiaries. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, orientations, inspections, and stakeholder sessions. Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones. Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for improving training quality and program efficiency. Handle day-to-day administrative and operational matters and perform additional responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Coordinating closely with the development team, QA team, and product owners to ensure smooth execution of HMIS modules from planning to deployment. Leading end-to-end implementation of HMIS modules across hospital departments, ensuring alignment with workflow, policies, and clinical requirements. Conducting product testing, feature validation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and release verification before deployment on staging and production environments. Preparing and maintaining complete project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user manuals, workflows, meeting minutes, and technical specifications. Gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear, actionable tasks for developers, and ensuring timely delivery. Monitoring the progress of development tasks, reporting issues, and ensuring proper resolution by coordinating with the development team. Supporting go-live activities, including system configuration, user training, and post-implementation troubleshooting. Ensuring all enhancements, bug fixes, and system updates are properly tested, documented, and deployed without disrupting hospital workflows. Maintaining effective communication between hospital management, development teams, and end-users, ensuring transparency and smooth project execution.

Supervising the complete networking infrastructure project of the hospital in coordination with a third-party organization. Planning, allocation, and deployment of all HMIS hardware across hospital departments, ensuring smooth system implementation. Coordinating with HODs, senior management, the medical director, and the vice chancellor to facilitate end-to-end implementation of the HMIS project. Leading and facilitating training sessions for doctors, nurses, IT staff, and Data Entry Operators (DEOs) to ensure effective system adoption. Managing stock and inventory of all hardware along with complete documentation and reporting. Supporting the project/program manager and additionally performing the responsibilities of assistant project manager (APM) when required. Identifying, documenting, and resolving user-side issues through timely coordination and follow-ups with the development team. Currently serving in Pakistan's and Asia’s largest pediatric hospital, handling an average daily patient load of 4,000+.
