Coordinate with training institutes, project teams, management, and relevant stakeholders for smooth program implementation. Monitor training activities, student enrollment, attendance, assessments, and overall program progress. Prepare and maintain official reports, MIS data, dashboards, correspondence, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with NAVTTC policies, SOPs, quality standards, and program guidelines. Monitor institute performance and conduct regular follow-ups to identify and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with management for timely achievement of project targets and deliverables. Support monitoring and evaluation activities, including data verification and performance analysis. Conducting product testing, feature validation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and release verification before deployment on staging and production environments. Preparing and maintaining complete project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user manuals, workflows, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.
