About

My name is Waqas Zohaib and I hold M.Sc degree in Food Sciences. I have been teaching Matric, High level and O-level students for almost 10 years. I have 3 years of experience as an Assistant Quality Control In charge in a food industry and from past year I have been teaching full time as a career counselor, being a dietician, Gym instructor as well as as a Volunteer as TCF (Rahbers Program). These days I am Actively seeking a position to provide my Quality Management and Leadership services to contribute in company’s progress and bringing a positive change around my working area.

Responsibilities including: •Lead team of 5 members per shift (2 Quality checkers, 3 lab attendants) •Supervision of the QC lab (including final product analysis) •To ensure the production according to GMP & QMS •Keeping an eye on the overall process steps of production, manufacturing and packaging •Handling and troubleshooting of HPLC, Digital Refractor meter, pH meter and Conductivity •Implementing and ensuring the food safety protocol throughout the manufacturing of final products (Rice Syrup, Rice Protein, Dextrose, Rice Milk) •Study the effect of various conditions on several enzymatic activities •Maintenance of documentation and assist Quality Assurance team In Audit works
