I am M. Vaqar Ali from Rawalpindi Pakistan. I possess MA Linguistics from National university of Modern Languages, Islamabad, Pakistan. I carry extensive experience in the domains of Teaching/Trainings in education and Non Profit sectors. My exposure also encompasses the trainings for Teachers/trainers on the topics of Parents Dealing, Classroom Management, syllabus Designing, Communication Skills in Classroom, Interpersonal Skills, Assessment and Evaluation, Personality Development, Time Management, Workplace Culture, Conflict Resolution, along with the result-oriented techniques and interactive activities for writing and reading skills, especially, for controlled and creative writing; reading for comprehension to develop the looked-for ideas.
Education Sector
Being the class teacher of 9th class, I have earned the “Letter of Honor” from the principal of EME 502 School and & College Rawalpindi. I have closely worked with the Branch Heads/Vice Principles of SLS Montessori School [RWP & Isb] to ensure the implementation of the planned lessons for the academic year, highlighting the loopholes in teaching techniques and provided suggestions based on observation. At Knowledge Gazebo Montessori School & Academy, I had chance to teach English of O Levels [GCE].
Development Sector
My experience in Non Profit sector especially with Hashoo Foundation and its projects: BPRM, the USAID project, and PSDF, the UKAID program, taught me how to produce the desired results for the satisfaction of the donors. As a [Montessori] teachers’ trainer for ELT/Interpersonal & Communication Skills, I have provided my expertise at Human Development Resource Center, Hashoo Foundation turning a simple graduate into professional teacher with elegance of English language proficiency and communication skills that happened to be the a prerequisite for a professional teacher in the classroom settings.

I can speak English, Urdu languages with confidence along with the well-designed writing skill in the English and Urdu languages, especially, of success stories, and take hold of the fair knowledge of Arabic and sufficient comprehension of the Persian languages. Moreover, I am staunch believer of tailoring modern technology for enhancing teaching productivity; I do use available stuff on websites relevant to my training sessions.
