Ø Assist in preparation of Financial statements in accordance with applicable IFRS/ IAS.
Ø Review Bank Reconciliation Statement, Receipts & Payments and coordinate with relevant banks to resolve issues related to Payments and Receipts.
Ø Maintain Fixed assets register schedule and computation of Monthly depreciation and accumulated depreciation along with financial Impacts according to IAS-16 Straight line method.
Ø Verification of all payments related to vendors for goods/services after completion of documentation also Maintain advance payments to vendor schedule.
Ø Prepare Monthly stock consumption report for financial statements.
Ø Prepare Employees Tax working on monthly basis under Sec.149 of Income tax ordinance 2001.
Ø Actively supporting any task assigned by the head office.

I remain involved in the following performance of fieldwork:
Ø Assist to prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annually financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Ø To verify financial administration regarding Payments and Receivables of all Parties on SAP (FI).
Ø Receiving, encoding, and processing invoices according to policies and procedures.
Ø Inspect books of accounts and accounting systems to keep up to date.
Ø Resolving queries from suppliers and internal colleagues.
Ø Review supplier statements and reconcile to the SAP (FI) ledger. Investigating and resolving any differences.
Ø Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement with SAP (FI).
Ø Controlling and processing of supplier invoices using SAP (MM) ensuring appropriate level of authorization and accurate general ledger/cost center coding.
Ø To ensure about stock movement (with SAP movement types) on MM module.
Ø Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
