My responsibilities include: ● Take full ownership of finance department and ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial statements as per applicable laws and best practice; ● Finalization of accounts and matters relating to statutory requirements with external auditors for smooth outcome of annual and half yearly audit of Company and reporting to Board of Directors, Managing Director, and Chairman; ● Maintain & prepare Sales Tax, Income Tax & Online(E-submission) filling returns of Individual Co; ● Developing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of Income, Expenses, Capital usage, and Cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, Budgets and Financial forecast. ● Adequate measurement for the implementation of the Regulations of the Code of Corporate Governance issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and CDC(Central Depository Company) Regulations Compliance; ● Accurate completion of accounting and other regulatory reports within the set timelines; ● Maintain Provident Fund Statement of all members and also to maintain insurance and Fixed Assets schedule, etc. ● To provide information to financial auditors for Month/Quarter/year end closing processes;
