HR Operations • Formulate, document and implement HR policies and procedures. • Develop and manage the organizations’ compensation and benefits. • Process nationwide monthly payroll and ensure salary disbursement on time as per policy. • Develop a process to and monitor the attendance and leaves of employees. • Develop a formal process for employee’s performance management • Process the full and final dues of resigned employees, issuance of clearance certificate and experience letters. • Resolve legal and misconduct issues. • Maintain all HR and employee related records and communication.

Recruitment and Onboarding • Responsible for end-to-end nationwide recruitment process for employees including job advertising, initial screening, shortlisting, interview conduction and induction. • Onboarding of new employees including induction training, drafting and finalizing employment contracts and communicating HR policies • Searching and recruiting Chinese language instructors, conducting online interviews and facilitate their onboarding. • Research, gather and analyze data to find out appropriate salary level and job title for new positions. • Conducting one-to-one counseling sessions with employees, conducting exit interviews and succession planning.
