Managed implementation of IFC performance standards and ESMP for Patrind Hydropower Project (460 Million USD). §  Worked about 01 years in Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) as Technical Expert Environment and ISO (14001, 9001& 45001). Developed & implemented Environmental Management System as per the requirements of ISO 14001 and developed road map for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 (OSHAS 18001). §  Worked about 09 years in MOL Pakistan Oil & Gas Co. B.V in SD & HSE Department with last designation of Head Sustainability, Environment and Safety. Managed a team of 20 environmental & safety advisors / officers and 16 doctors & medics as Head in MOL Pakistan. Won MOL Group Sustainability & HSE Awards in 2009 & 2013 and MOL Group Upstream EVP Sustainability & HSE Award 2013 for MOL Pakistan after competing with MOL Group of companies working globally. Successfully managed the Sustainability & Environmental  aspects of MOL Pakistan’s  Construction, Exploration and Production operations in environmentally sensitive areas (Margalla Hills National Park, Islamabad Wildlife Sanctuary, game reserves of Kohat & Karak and reserved forests  of Islamabad & Punjab) including:- Preparation of EIAs / IEEs / ToRs / EMPs; review of EIA / IEE reports; implementation of EMPs and BAPs; environmental approvals / permits; compliance with NEQS; ISO 14001 certifications; EPA green certification of operating facilities; environmental baseline studies; emissions & effluent monitoring; environmental audits; ambient air, water & soil quality surveys; waste management including OBM & produced water management; environmental & sustainability data / reporting  as per GRI standards; spill response management; environmental & sustainability trainings; preparation of Sustainability & environmental budgets ; and interaction with regulators (EPAs) & external stakeholders (forest department, wildlife department, NGOs etc); (Managed more than 03 EIAs and 15 IEEs) Successfully managed the Health & Safety aspects of MOL Pakistan’s Construction, Exploration and Production operations. §  Worked about 06 years with Hagler Bailly Pakistan (HBP) Pvt. Limited (Associated with Tetra Tech, Inc., USA) as Associate Environmental Program Managed numerous environmental projects (IEE/ EIA studies, EMS studies, EMP preparations, baseline surveys, Environmental monitoring & auditing, trainings, compliance & effects monitoring, stakeholder consultations etc) for a number of local and multinational clients in Kirthar National Park and other protected areas.
