Dear Sir/Madam I am submitting my resume for consideration with regard to any managerial position. I am currently employed at Sherwin Williams Automotive Finishes in Company in Langley Canada where I have been their as Branch Manager for the last 4 years. I started with Sherwin Williams Automotive Finishes in December 2008 as an MTP, where I completed my MTP (Managerial Training Program) training in Calgary, Canada, then moved to the position of Assistant Branch Manager-Edmonton in February 2009. In June, 2010 I became the Branch Manager in Kelowna, BC, where I have made a significant contribution to driving success in the BC interior market. I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and I have extensive experience in customer service. During my job with United Nation, I was managing database and handling of accounts and payroll of different International and national projects engaged in the UN operations. This includes audit and review on accounts dealing with Refugees Projects. I was able to save $100,000 in travel expenses of UN personals over a period of three month by providing better taxation strategies. I enjoy communicating with customers, learning their individual needs and efficiently finding or creating solutions to their specific problems. I aim to create a sense of comfort for the customer that makes them enjoy dealing with me and in turn, the company I am representing. This trust building creates loyal clients and satisfied customers.
