I have been involved in IT and Healthcare for over the better part of 11 years, starting as a Senior Research Assistant at Aga Khan University before learning the ins and outs of managing a project up to my current position as an Operations/Project Specialist. While I have a personal interest in Digital Products, Applications & AI. I have a background in Project Management/implantation, and I understand the finances of working at all levels. My approach to Project operations starts with a focus on our clients, and the quality of service is a top priority in all discussions about operations. I have a mind for Complex Project Management, and I am ITIL certified, intending to continue my training. When it comes to people, I am a strong believer in leadership and empowering people to take ownership of their positions and processes.
