Working as Manager NOC, I am responsible for: • Managing the complete VoIP Network , which includes Soft Switches Class 4 installations, maintenance & development of infrastructure with coordination of Switch vendors according to the management requirements which will help in growing the business of the company further. • Real time Coordination with the developer team regarding maintenance activities and hardware/software upgrades, Research and evaluation of new Network equipment’s/products for the required expansions. • Monitoring different system health graphs Disk Utilization, CPU Utilization, Network Throughput, Network Bandwidth Consumption, CPT , CPS etc which will help to make the system working 99.99% stable without any downtime and to make sure that the service remain available to customers • Providing trainings to team regarding the usage of new Software’s that will make the NOC operation tasks effective and smooth without any comprise in the day to day operation also provide Trainings to newly hired Engineers so that they will get proper understanding about the company way of work in a more positive direction. • Conduct weekly meetings with team to discuss how can the services will get better and more efficient discussing about the mistakes and then design SOP’s to minimize human error. Counter verification of sensitive tasks done by NOC team. • Coordination with different Tier 1 vendors around the globe directly regarding the switch level issues and try get it resolve with minimum delays that will not affect the business of company

Worked as a Senior Engineer NOC, My JD’s were: • Working in 24X7 Operation team, Implement the configurations of core customers for different destinations in the Class 4 Soft Switches. Maintaining the quality of service by running hourly QoS reports check different parameters from different reports like Sip Disconnect Code Wise , ANI’s Wise , Codec Wise , RG Wise etc also make manual calls to check the route quality for Voice related issues and make sure that the customer will not face any issue at any cost , also make sure that every customer will get pure CLI route it is achieving by the Testing tool Arptel which shows the CLI which we are delivering and also the MOS values of the route . • Performing Real Time Monitoring of customers traffic graphs In order to maintain the performance of the route stable for them . As per the need communicating with customers on Skype , email or through PSTN Calls for resolving Level 1 Technical queries . • Providing support to Jr. Engineers in implementing correct rates & routings for core customers and also helping them in installations of Soft phones like Zoiper, 3CX ,Pangolin, X-Lite and taking RTP or Sip Traces through Wire-Shark to check different complaints in a more deep manner . • Providing basic IT supports to the office colleagues so that they can run their systems up to the mark.

Worked as a Project Engineer, My JD’s were: • To Verify and Implement the Passive work which includes Installation of Tier 3 Data Center In row cooling system which includes the containment with 12 racks and 4 cooling DX units , along with that there are other 14 Telco rooms for providing IT services to offices . 40 KVA UPS is also installed to cater DC as a 3rd backup, HSSD System, Pyrogen for controlling fire, 200 Lugs level vertical light is also installed in the DC, 120 min Fire rated doors, Panduit Cat 6 Ethernet cable , Panduit Fiber Optic OM3 cables were used to take care of secure data . • To Verify and Implement Active works which includes the installation of Network HP Access switches, HP Core switches, Cisco firewall, UCS router, K-Box, NAS, NMS server, 24ER environment monitoring device, humidity sensor, Temp sensors, Power sensor, Air Flow sensor, Motion sensor, Smart PDU, KVM switch etc. • To Verify and Implement Security works which includes the Installation & commissioning of 100 Dome POE Camera’s, Long range Rfid, Bio-metric readers, Access door, Rfid controlled elevators, Under vehicle inspection system etc • To Verify and Implement Physical Security works which Includes the Installation and commissioning of automated heavy-duty Bollards for controlling any unusual situation, HD Barrier, Walk Through Gates, Speed Gates, Tripod Turnstiles, Vehicle Management Barrier, Motorized Tire Killer etc • To Verify and Implement Cellular Installation works which include In building GSM & DCS solution by using 4/5 dbi Omni directional antenna, 8/10 dbi Wall mount antenna along with DBS 3900 BTS. • The whole project cannot be cover in some points there were lots of daily meetings , monthly meetings, real time coordination with the architect , Power contractor , civil contractor , ICT contractors to complete the task in 2 years in a 28 Story building that have 1 Main Data Center 14 Telco rooms on office floors , 08 Telco rooms over parking floors , ONU room where the main FO terminated by the PTCL and Multinet , SOC room from where the surveillance work will be performed later , Power DB room from where the power was supplied to DC and MDA room where the physical patching work was done .

Worked as a TI Engineer over the project of Telenor Pakistan, My JD’s were: • Worked in a Telecom company who provides Network Installation, Network Maintenance & Infrastructure services. Sensitive Alarm installation over BTS Physically & Logically to so that the monitoring team will get the real time reports from the onsite GSM cellular towers. The activity has been performed over more than 1200 cellular Indoor and Outdoor sites having installed with Siemens (240-XL) & Eltek BTS’s . • By using the software LMT and Power Suite multiple sensitive Alarms have been installed over Power one Rectifiers in the real time without any down time of running sites. I also have Installed and Commissioned BTS ACTM & Rectifier cards during investigation of on-site visit which in case of any improper functioning can generate false alarms resulting misguiding of surveillance team. • After the completion of Job with liaising of Telenor Pakistan NOC team system alarms tested in real time. For the BSC sites Telenor & NSN operational team physically visited the site and perform acceptance test.
