I am responsible to keep maintaining the high rise building (G&T Tower), in terms of Power generation, Elevators, Utility, Fire and Safety, BMS System and Keeping operational the Plant by Preventive maintenance of Multi absorption Chiller, Air Cooled Chiller, fire alarms, CCTV Cameras, Elevators, Monorail, and generators according to ISO Standards. I’m an experienced professional in the Installation, troubleshooting, and repairing of the mentioned equipment. In my previous role, I contributed to Control Budget by In-house repairing and troubleshooting of expensive electronic cards. I am progressive-minded and in tune with new developments in my field.
