Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of policies. Ensure training, tool box talk, and drills are implemented as part of the company's HSE program Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSE Manager Conduct induction training and orientation to all new employees. Ensure all work sites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. Focus on continuous improvement within the administration function to make programs and processes more efficient and cost effective;

Implementation of HSE Policy. Strict adherence to PTW implementation. Monitoring all shutdown related activities and ensuring that activities are performed following Health and Safety standards. Risk Assessments of activities in order to identify hazards related to particular task. Suggesting control measures regarding hazards. Delivered trainings on hazards and safe working methods to be adapted. Conducting TBTs (Tool Box Talk) before every activity. Providing trainings on Emergency procedures to be followed. Conducting drills regarding fire safety procedures. Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and reported. Weekly inspection of all the fire extinguisher and kept in the secure position and also maintain a record for their service and expiry date. Check the physical condition of each fire extinguisher and pressure. Attending site safety meetings and monitoring points to ensure remedial action is taken where required. Provide relevant information on Health, Safety and Environmental Policies to employees. Participate in safety promotions, campaigns, seminars and courses when required. Conduct daily checks of Permit to Work. Identifying all Mechanical and Electrical hazards present in workplace. Making sure that better housekeeping is maintained. Highlighting Waste Management procedures to be used to maintain Health and Safety standards.
