Syed Maisam Askari

I have a strong educational background in pre-engineering, having completed my O and A Levels in this field. I have also honed my leadership skills as the Head boy in A-Levels and president of the UET debating society. I have won multiple district level Math Olympiads and have numerous accolades in debating and speeches all over Pakistan. I have been declared Pakistan’s best English speaker multiple times. Furthermore, I was the Director of Alif Nagri, a charity society which prioritizes destitute widows. I did my internship at Engro Daharki where I was involved in an extensive 20-day shutdown project in which I was assigned to assist in the overhauling of 3 heavy duty turbines. Furthermore, due to my interest in vibrational analysis, on which I am also doing my final year project, I was stationed at MTS (Machinery and Testing Services) department for 2 of my 6 weeks to help develop a good base in vibrational analysis.
