Description

I’m Syed Ahmer Imam, a recent Electrical Engineering graduate from NED University of Engineering & Technology with a strong academic background and a passion for engineering innovation. My journey as an Electrical Engineer has been marked by academic excellence and hands-on experience, and I am excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to the role of a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Gul Ahmed.

Throughout my academic career, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to learning and problem-solving. I have successfully led and completed various undergraduate projects, including the Final Year Design Project of “A Comparative Analysis for Optimized Solar Solution Between Fixed Tilted vs Single Axis Tracking with LCOE for Amreli Steels Ltd”. This project allowed me to apply my technical knowledge to real-world challenges, maximizing energy output while minimizing costs.

My dedication to engineering extends beyond the classroom. I have gained valuable industry experience through internships at K-Electric’s Bin Qasim Power Station-01 and ZIMCO International Corporation. These experiences allowed me to work on diverse projects, from conducting thermography assessments, lights & switching Survey to making SLD of whole 1260MW Thermal Plant. I have also been an active member of professional organizations like IEEE and IEEE PES, where I was honored to speak at the Global IEEE AI Green Energy Conference.

In addition to my technical accomplishments, I’m a proactive and collaborative team member. I have served as a Class Representative from 1st Semester (Junior Year) to Final Semester, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Moreover, my commitment to personal development led me to join Amal Academy for Career Prep – Fellowship, where I’m honing my communication, productibility, time management, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

I’m highly motivated to contribute my knowledge and skills to the innovative and dynamic environment at Gul Ahmed. I believe my track record of academic excellence, practical experience, and dedication to continuous learning makes me a strong fit for this role. I look forward to the opportunity to work with your team and contribute to the success of Gul Ahmed.

Thank you for considering my application.
