Descom Consultant is an Australian Based Construction Consultancy Firm who operated in many countries like Pakistan, India, United Kingdom and United States of America etc. Major Responsibilities includes the following:  Received all the documents from contractor and after receiving record in logs and soft files as well and give to concern engineer & after the comments from our engineers on the documents return it to contractor and record the response in logs and soft files as well.  Preparing logs for whole project on daily basis like Technical Drawing logs (Shop and Design), Document Logs (Engineering and Design), Site Instructions, NCR, Inspection Request, RFI's, Pre-Qualification, Material Submittal, Letters incoming and outgoing, Minutes of Meeting, Daily Report, IR Inspection Request, MIR Material Inspection Request for all discipline.  Keep all the documents as per files like (Transmittals, Documents, Incoming Outgoing letters, Pre-Qualification, Material, Invoices, Memos, IT & DCC, General, Procurement, MOI, Travel Requests, Drawings, and Design Document & Miscellaneous).  Coordinate with Head office for all HR Issues for employees Like (Salaries, Vacation, Medical and Travelling). Previous Employment nPentian Engineering and Technologies (June 2018 – September 2020) (IT and Admin Manager) Worked as IT and Admin Manager in nPentian Engineering and Technologies. nPentian is an integrated Construction and Engineering and IT services company having operations in all over Pakistan. nPentian is in the business of delivering client-specific solutions for projects related to Construction and IT. Major Responsibilities includes the following: Administrative Duties:  Document log for whole project like (Technical, Procurement, Quality Records, Documents & Correspondence, Letters, Management, Project Control, Interim Payments, Minutes of Meeting and other Correspondence Logs).  Responsible to Make Service Reports for all head Office Staff, and Coordinate between sites (Abha & Najran) for their Service Reports Compile all get it signed by Project Manager and send it to Finance and make proper record for them.  Sites Issues (All Manpower Issues, Concrete Sheets, Material Sheets, Material In & Out, Daily and Weekly Reports, Purchase Order, Material Issue Notes,  Document Controller Duties (Keep documents as per files like (Transmittals, Incoming Outgoing letters, IPC,’s, Management, Project Control, Invoices, Sub-contractors, Memos, IT & DCC, General, Procurement, Vehicles, MOI, Travel Requests, Drawings, Document & Miscellaneous)  Ensure the maintenance of department documentation generated as part of the Quality System.  Production of Department Correspondence, Documents, reports issued by Department, filling System, Purchase and Job Request, receipt of documentation, removal of obsolete documentation, Retrieval of correspondence and documentation.  Controlled issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers.  Responsible of monitoring document inter-discipline check in collaboration with the Project Managers.  Reviewing completeness of documentation and accuracy of document transmittals.  Ensured quality of document reproduction, scanning, microfilming and distribution in accordance to Project requirement.  Processes one or more document types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines. Ensures that pre-established document control requirements (e.g., which document numbering system will be used; how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) Are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.  Duties of Chief Operation Officer’s Office (Coordinate with all the department and sections which is related to COO matters, fillings, arrange meetings, telecommunication, Supervision of COO stationery stock and office equipment, receive the documents from all the projects/departments get it signed from COO and return to the same projects/departments,  Responding the queries, handle routine and non-routine information, directing company visitors to COO office.  Maintaining Confidential Records & Correspondence for COO.  UNIX, DMS (Documentations Management System use for Downloading), DDS (Distribution Documentation System for retrieving Date), PCM (Primavera Contract Management for retrieving Data), Archive Ltd.
