Description

A hardworking and responsible individual, is working as the Research Officer of an Islamabad based nonprofit consulting group, named Individualland Pakistan. Since the beginning of his career with IL, she has work on women police initiatives, visited women police stations in Pakistan and conducted 86 interviews of women police personnel.
In addition to writing articles for FARD Magazines and editor of Fard, worked on media related publications and survey reports. She was involved in mapping exercises to map the presence of militant groups in and around the country. Mapping South Punjab is one of the initiatives in which Sundas accompanied by the program team analyzed the various communication tools used by such groups.
She is currently involved in a similar initiative that aims at mapping the presence of gang members, victims and mothers of victims in vulnerable areas of Karachi.In addition to counter-terrorism and peace building initiatives writing comics, broachers and Magazines, dialogues and scripts for Audiomentaries and Documentaries.
