Have done M.Phil in Psychology with Clinical Psychology major and hold graduate membership (GBC) of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Have gained valuable experience of working in the mental health and education sector both in Pakistan & UK. Have worked as a wellbeing support worker/ mental health recovery worker for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, as a group facilitator running support groups and coordinating activities for adults with mental health needs, alongside providing one to one support to clients and holding a case load of peer/ wellbeing support using CBT self-help, REBT and solution-focused brief therapy approach. Have gained significant experience in the educational sector working as a Lecturer of Psychology & Campus Counsellor and delivering wellbeing courses in the UK. Has a track record of achieving hundred percent results. My students achieved 100% results in FBISE examination and my teaching skills were recognized and appreciated by the college management & students. My work in the field of mental health has been appreciated by both the clients and management in the UK.
