 Housekeeping and record keeping of the import documents.
 Timely availability of the shipping documents (Invoice, Original Bill of Lading, Packing List, Pre-Shipment Inspection Report, Covering letter of Pre-Shipment Inspection Report Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, CP and Seed Lab Testing Reports, Phytosanitary Certificates, Non GMO certificate of Seeds) and pay orders with team coordination local and global.
 Filling Quota application and extensions.
 Coordination with the clearing agents regarding consignments and providing them with relevant documents for consignment clearance from customs.
 Coordination with the SITE team regarding the delivery of the consignments and providing them with relevant documents for receiving in the system.
 Monitoring performance of the clearing agents.
 Facilitate in collection & compilation of information for planning enhancement initiatives.
 Filling EIF’s in the WEBOC – ( Web Based One Customs )
 Visiting SITE plant for offloading of new consignments and for the export of any product.
 Applying for Import Permits of Seeds and providing undertakings of the same.
 Keeping database of CP and Seeds Registrations up to date.

 Primary (Port to SITE plant and Port to Up country warehouses), secondary (SITE plant to upcountry, in between warehouses) and tolling (3rd party production to SITE plant or up country warehouses) vehicles arrangement for stock movement.
 Stock movement from (port- SITE plant, SITE plant to upcountry warehouses and between upcountry warehouses, 3rd party to SITE plant) in accordance with Distribution Tool.
 Inventory Management at SITE plant, Toller (3rd party) and six upcountry warehouses.
 Facilitate in collection & compilation of information for logistics enhancement initiatives.
