− Responsibilities include providing executive management with analytical information required for key financial decisions and liaisons with project stakeholders. − Responsibilities also include conducting complete feasibilities, financial analysis, project and investment appraisals and key sensitivity analysis of projects, contracting and negotiations especially from China of multifarious business sectors including real estate and infrastructure, automobile industry, power and energy, waste management, transportation etc. − Responsibilities also included conducting due diligences of brownfield and greenfield projects and assisting management take key business and investment decisions. − Under this role, managing 16 ongoing projects along with a team of 6 subordinates of varying roles and responsibilities

− Responsible for financial modelling and commercial analysis at Harappa Solar. Also provide executive management with analytical information required for key financial decisions and liaisons with project stakeholders. − Responsibilities under the employment also include overall involvement in the project establishment. The current solar power project has already achieved financial close and has entered construction phase. Role under this phase includes coordination with banks for timely disbursement of loan under project financing and coordination with EPC contractor regarding timely shipment of equipment, coordination with clearing agent regarding timely clearance of shipment from Karachi Port. − Furthermore, role also revolved around complete involvement as finance and development expert for upcoming power projects of the company

− Execution of Advisory Services Engagements − Managed as part of a team various project finance and power sector and infrastructure mandates − Execute Advisory Services engagements throughout the transaction process, and coordinate the work performed by multiple service lines and cross-functional teams − Team with partners and managers on proposals and business development calls.
