MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, preventive, predictive and risk based vulnerabilities for mechanical equipment
• To facilitate in the preparation of annual Maintenance budget (Capital, Expense, Modification & suggested Improvements) in accordance with ISO 9001.
• To ensure timely and proactive follow-up on all internal & external inspection findings.
• To direct, lead & motivate the work force; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness
• To manage timely lubrication of all the Equipment as per recommendation and maintaining its history.
• Inventory management and checking safety level of spare parts according to recommendation
PROJECTS
o Project Management of 200,000 US$, (3100TPD) Cement Packing Plant.
• Lead technical team of 40 skilled professionals during erection and commissioning of Cement Packing Plant
• Excelled at guiding and mentoring technical teams. Articulated project goals & scope, translated business needs into technical teams.
• Developed an efficient resource management plan to resolve numerous project related issues including staffing shortages, scope creep and divergent operational needs.
• Published and presented weekly & monthly progress reports for company executives to appraise in project progress.
o Designing, Planning & execution of Clinker staining machine.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Experienced in maintenance, repairs, overhauling and troubleshooting of Stationary equipment (Boiler, cooling tower, storage tanks, Valves and Piping), Rotary Equipment (Turbine, Centrifugal and Reciprocating pumps, compressors, Gear reducers, Cycloidal)
• Investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major trips or abnormal behavior and deviations from optimal performance of Equipment, resulting reduce downtime.
