I am been working in Competition Commission of Pakistan as intern in IS&T department and my Joining date is 17thMarch, 2021.During my internship period, I have performed my duties efficiently and diligently. Following is the list of tasks I have performed: Projects • Worked on broadening of internal network of CCP and reconfiguration of static network devices. • Hardware reconfiguration of Laptops and Desktop Computers throughout CCP. • Configuration of Tablet PCs and arrangement of accessories. • Complete data entry into new CCP website. • Downloading of websites for departments. • Download and Collection of about information of about of Loans App. • Upgrading of Servers (Accounts, Portal & AppServer) • Ensured enabled firewall at all PCs in the commission Network Support • Network troubleshooting. • Update Unifi Routers of floors. • Network access issues resolution. System Support • Windows installations/ Windows troubleshooting. • Software installations/ Software troubleshooting. • Hardware installations/Hardware troubleshooting. • Window driver supports. • System performance enhancement. • Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting. • Laptop and Desktop hardware testing. • Hosting online zoom meetings/hearings to provide technical support if needed.
